Last summer I actually did a post with his "Profile Questionnaire", actually I'm going to re-post it:
These 10 questions originally came from a French series, "Bouillon de Culture" hosted by Bernard Pivot. James Lipton asks his guests at the end of each show, and I think this is my favorite part of the whole thing.Please let me know your answers... I'm curious.
I think this will be a quick way to get a "pretty good picture" of who I am, so here goes:
1: What is your favorite word? "wifecat"
2: What is your least favorite word? "I can't"
3: What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? "a good laught"
4: What turns you off? "stupidity"
5: What sound or noise do you love? "sound of rain on a roof or/and my cat's purr"

8: What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? "Chef"
9: What profession would you not like to do? "Politician"

I just did this in another forum I frequent so I've just copied and pasted here what I had there without double checking to make sure every question is exactly the same.
1. What is your favorite word? Compassion
2.What is your least favorite word? Cunt
3.What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? Others who are open to new things and experiences and ideas.
4.What turns you off? Bigotry and hypocrisy.
5.What is your favorite curse word? Well if frequency of usage is any indication it must be shit.
6.What sound or noise do you love? A cat's purr.
7.What sound or noise do you hate? Anything that sounds like a dentist drill.
8.What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Housemother for the Illini basketball team.

My wife and I have our answers to this as we frequently watch "Inside the Actor's Studio." Here's my answers.
1: What is your favorite word? "antidisestablishmentarianism" (the longest acceptable word in the English language.
2: What is your least favorite word? "No"
3: What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally? "My wife's smile"
4: What turns you off? "selfishness" (although I can be selfish myself sometimes)
5: What sound or noise do you love? "Big thunderstorms or my son's giggle"
6: What sound or noise do you hate? "Back-up beeps"
7: What is your favorite curse word? "Motherfucker"
8: What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? "Politician"
9: What profession would you not like to do? "Accountant"
