Different little pieces in this littler box...

• We met a few of my high school buddies for a Sugar Shack outing. Less people than confirmed showed up (how surprising! People are no longer reliable), but the ones present made the best of it. It was for lunch with spouses and kids. There were actually more rug rats than adults. It was a beautiful afternoon, sunny but cold. But man, oh man, was that sweet!! Between the salty pork rinds and the maple syrup I was fed for the day.
  
  
• On our way home we thought some cars around us reeked of gas. Turned out, it was us! I had some maintenance done at a Honda dealership in February, and guess what? When Hubby opened the hood to see where that gas smell was coming from, we both noticed the oil cap was nowhere to be seen on the motor, and there was oil splashed everywhere. Luckily we were near a Canadian Tire where we ran in to buy a cap, some oil and rags, five minutes before they closed. It could have been a lot worst; we were lucky. I wrote a nice letter to the dealership letting them know about it all. I really felt like telling them to pinch my nipples, 'cause I really like that when I'm being fucked, but I didn't, I was nice...
  
  
• You’ve heard about Earth Hour? We did it, for the third year in a row. We took that time “off” to go for a walk in Old Montreal. We made a few pit stops along the way to warm up a little, enjoy a beer and after over two hours we came back home.
  
  
• In 115 days we’ll be going away for a much-deserved vacation, with my mother, again. We discussed it and offered her to tag along for our two weeks vacation. You see, on August 11th, it will be our 10th wedding anniversary, and we had said when we got married, we would come back to this location for our 10th anniversary, and now it’s all confirmed, booked, insured, etc. We will be back. It almost feels like I’m going home… ahhh...
