Sorry. Thank you.

I've been meaning to write, but inspiration and time seem to have left me lately.  I won't even pretend that I started drafts and such, I didn't.  I haven't felt "it" in a while.  I don't even feel like reading blogs either.  I will blame Bacefook, for sure, 'cause I do spend time on there.  Work has been keeping me busy as well.  I've been asked by a cousin tonight if my absence was due to my hair getting longer; it needs more work therefore less time to blog.  Nope, not even.... I'm not making excuses for my absence.  I guess it was doomed to happen after all, I've been at this for over four years now.  Blogging doesn't have the same appeal.  Some of my favorites are also MIA, so simply closed shops and others simply stopped blogging all together...

I'm not calling it quits just yet.  I will keep on posting my "Friday Smiles" (I've been doing those for many years), and whenever I feel like it I will post.  It saddens me in a way, because I was/am after all a comment slut.  I loved to see I had readers who did leave comments.   I've just looked at how many posts I've done so far, and to my surprise it's over 920... I impressed myself.

This blog has been for me a place to let it out, to vent, to laugh, to meet great people from all over the globe, with whom I shared some personal thoughts, opinions, and little facts about me, my life and those around me.  At times maybe I shared a little too much, but eh, I'm like that in real life too. Ah.

For those I used to read and comment on regularly, I'm sorry I haven't been present.  For those you used to read me regularly as well, I'm sorry I haven't been posting much.  On this, (our, Canadian) Thanksgiving Day I wish to thank you all for being part of my life for the last four years and for sharing these little everyday moments which are making this thing we called "our life".  I'm thankful for every single one of you, and I consider myself blessed to have had this opportunity to cross paths with you.  Thank you.

Until you say you're done I'll keep coming by to see if there's anything new. I'm as guilty of blog neglect myself, so I fully understand. Sorry if this is kind of disjointed, I've only been awake for a few minutes, but happy Thanksgiving.

You are not ALLOWED to stop blogging until you reach 1,000.

Seriously, I don't think I have 920 unique ideas to blog about; when my mind is tapped out I will probably drop into obscurity.

Please do not stop.... I'd miss you way too much. Facebook is easy, but this is so much better!

I was just noticing how many people on my blogroll have stopped blogging. I think there are way too many other online distractions. We must have a built-in limit for virtual interaction.

Marius: Thank you sire.

Robert: I didn't think I had so many ideas either, but I did... and tapping out is not ALLOWED (your daughter is enough!)

Monkey: I'll try not to, but man oh man... at times... argh!

flurrious: That built-in limit could explain it... hmmm...
