Viva Las Vegas!

I've been in Vegas, baby for a few days now. My second day in training, for work, it had been a while I had to sit for 8am to 5pm, listening and learning... either I'm getting old...er or my attention span is shorter, but still, I think this will be a good learning experience.

The weather here is amazing, especially if you like it hot and dry, and I do.  But man, oh man, is it hot!  It's going to be rough coming back to the Montreal chill.

Last night we went to see a show.  I had wanted to see that show for the last two years.  It wasn't all that, but what can I say I'm an Elvis fan, so if only for the music, I enjoyed the show.  I must say though, at the end of it all, I kind of felt sad for the performers... the level of "appreciation" from the crowd wasn't all there... oh well...

Several years ago we saw the Cirque du Soleil show "O". It was the most remarkable thing I have ever seen live. Nothing tops it.
