THE TONGUE CAN BE YOUR WORST ENEMY!
Your words, your dreams, and your thoughts have power to create conditions in your life. What you speak about, you can bring about.
If you keep saying you can't stand your job, you might lose your job.
If you keep saying you can't stand your body, your body can become sick.
If you keep saying you can't stand your car, your car could be stolen or just stop operating.
If you keep saying you're broke, guess what? You'll always be broke.
If you keep saying you can't trust a man or trust a woman, you will always find someone in your life to hurt and betray you.
If you keep saying you can't find a job, you will remain unemployed.
If you keep saying you can't find someone to love you or believe in you, your very thought will attract more experiences to confirm your beliefs.
If you keep talking about a divorce or break up in a relationship, then you might end up with it.
Turn your thoughts and conversations around to be more positive and power packed with faith, hope, love and action.
Don't be afraid to believe that you can have what you want and deserve.
Watch your Thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your Habits, they become character.
Watch your Character, for it becomes your Destiny
The minute you settle for less than you deserve, you get even less than you settle for.

What a great list! Thanks so much for posting it!
How funny, I was just thinking last night ( at 1:30 am which is technically this morning) that instead of dwelling on all the things my husband does to piss me off I need to focus on the ways that he's a great husband and father.
Seriously, I was. I was even gonna make a list. Now I have to because you've poured on the guilt. You must be Catholic.
atm: My pleasure!
dirty birdie: You're right, I'm Catholic BUT I'm not a mother so I don't master it completely! ;-)
Hello, it's me again! I'm not getting carried away with this commenting lark (!) - but I had to comment on this post which I really liked. I am going to print it out and give it to my daughter, as there is a lot in there that she could benefit from. (She's always saying she can't stand her body, will never get a job, can't trust anybody 'cause they all let her down and no man will ever, ever love her!).
Thanks a lot for posting this.
So true, so true! I've been happiest at work when I stay out of the politics and just do my job. The second you get sucked into the gossip everything turns sour and the outlook looks bleaker.
It's all in how you view it.
My sister blames everyone else for her failues. Perhaps that is why she still struggles.
:)
I stay pretty aloof at work, but some people are just snitty. I have a co-worker who loves to talk crap the moment anyone is out of the room. I've made a point of discussing her deficiency with the owner and making it very apparent that I'm not going to participate in her bitch fest.
Very good post. Thanks for the kick in the drawers that I needed.
seeker: I hope it helps her realise certain things...
paisley: So much easier to blame others than to take ownership of our lives.
dirty b: Good for you! Why should you play that game, nothing good would come out of it.
trueself: Anytime dear!
Well said and I totally agree!!!
