Hey! That was mine!

Picture this:

Blogsville, 2009. A young, beautiful woman is catching up on her reading. As she's following a thread, from a comment made on another fellow's blog, she sees her Paw Award. Imagine her surprise! Before that moment she'd never even heard of that blog! If she had been in Sicily, that thief would have been shot!

I'm sorry about this, but I've been watching "Golden Girls" a lot lately, thanks to Hubby. I'm almost done with Season 1. I just love those ladies and their sharp remarks. Just as good as an old cheddar!

Anyway, can you believe this, my Paw Award, the one I've made and gave two years in a row on a blog I've never seen... Why can't people make their own "award", that paw was mine... boohoo...

Looks like it's time to kneecap. And who else can give away a paw, anyway?

grrr...I feel your pain. I paid a graphic artist friend of mine to whip up a few graphics I used on some of my "regular"-type postings.

I see them all over the place now---with her artist-sign name cropped out.

Well, they do say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. ;)

Oh, but The Paw is the universal sign of awesomeness. It's hard not to pass it on. (Still they should have at least asked.)

My verification word is "pounder." Ha. Someone's got a beatdown coming.

atm: This really sucks for both your friend who doesn't get the credit and for you who actually paid for it.

lizgwiz: Heh.

flurrious: Thank you for that!

Traceyt: no problem

"I'm looking for the varmint that stole your paw."

Sorry. That's all I got. ;-)

Digital responsibility- give credit to those from whom you 'borrowed," and be courteous enough to notify them if you didn't have the sense to even bother asking for PERMISSION.

*looking around for the butt who stole your award!

Let me have em! That PAW is so special and they should have asked. Obviously they really have no clue as what it means. Arggh! I am very protective of my friends!

Sorry that happened to you!
