Oh nothing much... just this and that.

Mmm, this is strange. As I sit here trying to think of something to write, I decided to look back at old posts to see if it was only an impression I had or if Blogsville was turning into a little ghost town. As I’m reading some posts from last year, I came across one (exactly a year ago) where I wrote about being melancholic… Only a few minutes ago, sitting in the living room with Hubby I said to him, I missed my dad today… isn’t that strange? Mmmm…. Things that make you go mmmm…

Wow, it’s already been a year since I’ve changed my template. Today I changed my profile picture. Again. Didn’t like the stars that much.

Tax Season will be here soon, and I’ve been preparing lots of T4s and Relevés 1 for my clients and ours as well. Looks like we “enjoyed” ourselves a little too much in 2009, we’re going to have to give the governments their shares in April. Darn.

Can you believe it’s been over two years since I started the Bloggers’ Birthday List, and to this day it’s far from being completed? I thought I’d have more names than I do. Are you on there? If not, let me know and I’ll add you to the list with pleasure.

Surfing around I’m wondering if it could be the post-Christmas down that’s keeping us from blogging more? This time of year is rough on many of us, for many reasons. I’ve been using my “happy light”. I need it. What about you, what keeps you writing?

I think with me it's that I'm trying to not fill my blog with bitching. Everything seems to be pissing me off lately, and rather than type out screed after screed I'm just putting up cute pics of my cats. That and world events have ceased to be entertaining and have just become annoying. But I will make an effort to become less negative, and get back on the blog roll.

I've become addicted to Twitter. That's why I haven't been blogging much. And, just plain haven't felt like it. But, this month's journal is filling up rather quickly.

Added my name to your birthday list. I like your new picture. Looks almost just like my cat.

I keep blogging because it's really my only contact with people. I have to be careful like Marius, though, that I don't turn to rants, and I can't handle the social sites like Meg.

There are fewer of the old-timers around, but I've been finding a few new ones to keep blogging interesting.

Sheer will. That's what keeps me blogging or at the very least, posting pictures of my cats. :-)

It used to be my desire to rant that made me post, but recently I've had to make myself post, otherwise I wouldn't, because I've become so demativated to do anything that isn't snuggle up and watch TV. Though hopefully, soon, I will just be blogging cute pics of my poochie. *GRIN*!!

My word verification is cateedly. Sounds like cat lady.

Marius: Your blog, you post what YOU want. I've been trying to refrain from venting too much, but then, if not here, where?

Meg: Twitt is one addiction I do not have. Added you to the list. My new pict. is our cat, Tobi.

Charlie: I know that feeling, at times I feel the same, this is my "outside" contact tool.

Barb: Good for you!

Pigeon: Let's blame the snow for the wanting to snuggle up and watch tv, ok? I feel the same, and can't wait to see that poochie of yours.

One of my new year's goals was to blog more (since I am just a newbie anyway). I want to post on my blog at least 3 times a week. I also want make my rounds to other blogs more often and be sure that I comment regularly. So far I haven't done too bad - but then we are only 3 weeks into the new year
